Overview: When faced with the installation of new vinyl tile flooring over a rough and uneven concrete substrate, the designers needed a topping that would provide an extremely smooth surface as well as high durability.
Level-Right® FS-10, self-leveling cementitious underlayment from Maxxon Corporation, was chosen to top over 20,000 sq. ft. of sales area for the new Winners store.
Level-Right® FS-10 is a high strength (7000 psi) underlayment designed for installation from 0-10mm (0-3/8"), providing a smooth, level, new surface that dries fast to allow for placement of floor goods soon after application.
The Level-Right® FS-10 was very successful in providing a tightly bonded new floor surface with extremely high durability, while meeting a tight construction schedule.
