Project Spotlight Hamilton, ON Condominiums
Overview: The renovation of the top two floors of a three story building into high end condominiums in Hamilton, Ontario, posed some flooring issues. Floors were out of level and had an array of existing floor goods, ranging from VCT to ceramic tile, still attached. All loose/debonded floor goods were removed prior to the pour, and areas where the existing subfloor was damaged or loose were replaced/repaired to achieve a structurally sound surface.
