Maxxon Charitable Giving

As a responsible corporate citizen, Maxxon Corporation has developed a Charitable Giving Program that is designed to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the communities where we live and work.  We also provide support to select regional and national non-profit partners that serve multiple communities in which we have a business presence. We have identified three areas of giving that run parallel to our core values:

  • Housing

    • Housing is a fundamental human need. Yet many of our neighbors don't live in stability.  Maxxon is committed to those agencies that provide housing to those who are underprivileged, our veterans, and others struggling to find stability.  Examples of these programs include Homes for Our Troops and The Delancey Street Foundation.

  • Environmental Stewardship
    • As The “Green” Floor Specialists, Maxxon believes that environmental responsibility should be everyone’s concern.  We help fund those programs which assist in maintaining and protecting our natural resources.

  • Education/Childhood Development
    • Children are our future and this future begins with a solid foundation from an early age. Maxxon supports programs which focus on the overall development and well-being of children, as well as efforts to strengthen education from kindergarten through higher education.

Some of the organizations that Maxxon supports include:

  • Homes for Our Troops
    • Providing specially adapted homes for our severely wounded service members all over the country at no cost to them.
  • American Architectural Foundation
    • The American Architectural Foundation (AAF) is dedicated to the vibrant social, economic, and environmental future of cities. In the past decade alone, AAF has worked directly with local leaders through more than 500 city engagements. During this time, AAF has served every major metropolitan region and most second-tier cities in the United States. All told, it has provided design leadership training and technical assistance to hundreds of elected officials, public-private partnerships, education leaders, business leaders, and other key local decision makers in the design process.

  • All organizations supported must have 501(c)(3) status.
  • Support is not provided to religious organizations, political associations nor to those organizations that discriminate by race, color, creed, gender, or national origin.
  • Support is not provided to individuals or to capital or endowment campaigns.
